OUR SHIPPING POLICY
At Hydroponyk.Com we want to make sure that you can start growing food immediately without any hassle.
Upon receipt of an order from you, the product will be shipped from manufacturers in discreet boxes and packaged properly to prevent any damage in transit.
Below is Our Shipping Policy:
- We offer FREE Shipping only to destination within the contiguous/ lower 48 states of the USA
- FREE Shipping offer applies to Purchases totaling $50.00 or more only.
- All products are shipped and received in 1-2 weeks in discrete boxes.
- Products are shipped using USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
- All items that qualify for FREE Shipping will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. Unfortunately, Hawaii and Alaska are exempt from the FREE Shipping offer. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur Standard Shipping Charges for those two states. If you want to order from any of these two states, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a price quote for Shipping. We will promptly find out the charges and e-mail back to you.
- If a buyer refuses to accept a shipment after placing an order and without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from Hydroponyk.Com, the incurred shipment costs by Hydroponyk.Com will be deducted from any refunds that the buyer is entitled to, and a 20% Restocking Fee (that includes store credit) will also be charged to the buyer.
- After the packages ships, you are notified with an E-Mail and Tracking Number of each package
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Hydroponyk.Com. We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with our products. However, if you change your mind about the purchase of your Product directly from Hydroponyk.Com site or any of our Affiliate Company sites, we understand, and will gladly replace it with another comparable package/product or accept a return of the merchandise.
We are happy with your purchase at Hydroponyk.Com and want you to shop with us knowing that if something does go wrong, we will do our best to resolve it. However, please be advised that to receive a refund for the purchase of any products from our site, all returned merchandise must be free from scratches, defects and in the same condition as they were received in by you. The returned product must be in resalable condition to qualify for returns.
Following is our Returns Policy:
- We offer 15-day ‘No-Hassle Returns’ on all our products. Returns or Exchange beyond 15th Day Post Mark will not be accepted
- You are responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. However, after evaluating the returned product if we detect error on our part we will refund the shipping cost in full to you
- All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee which also includes processing fee.
- Damage detected in freight transit from Hydroponyk.Com to you will not qualify for returns. Please check the box for any physical damage before signing upon receiving the package. Let the driver of the carrier company know at the time of delivery if you notice any physical damage to the box. Products with damage delivered by Fedex, UPS, USPS or any other carrier companies must be reported to the carrier by you the customer, and file claim accordingly with them.
- Please Insure your Return Shipment with the carrier company. In the event an item is sent back and it happens to be damaged, lost, or stolen in transit back to our company, Hydroponyk.Com will not be responsible.
- All returned products whether LED Grow Tent Kit or Vertical Grow Kit must be unused and free from any scratch and/or defects and in resalable condition.
- If opened, Hydroponyk.Com cannot accept returns of Grow Tent and Nutrients.
- All Clearance and Sale items are FINAL SALE ITEMS, no refund will be allowed.
- No returns are accepted on products that have been altered.
- Any product returned must be received with original packaging for the item or carton
- If the returned product is damaged due to neglect, abuse, wrong installation, mishandling, not following the manufacturer's guidelines, brochures or any other information sent with the product or kit, it will not qualify for returns or any applicable warranty
- When a returned LED Grow Tent Kit or Vertical Grow Kit is received with missing individual product(s) in it, we will issue a reduced credit amount from the original purchase price of the Kit, based on the posted price of the missing product(s) from our site.
- The ‘Shipping’, ‘Handling’ and ’Insurance Fees’ paid by the buyer are NOT included in return credit issued.
- Hydroponyk.Com will not be responsible for any “Lost Shipments” in transit or “Lost at the buyer's end” during or after delivery. It is your responsibility to file a “Lost Shipment Claim” with the respective shipper.
- Please call our customer service or e-mail to us to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) when you are ready to return the product. Any merchandise Returned without an RMA or any merchandise Returned freight collect will not be accepted.
- Please ship via FedEx, UPS or any carrier that provides insurance and “Proof of Delivery”.
- We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item.
- Please allow 10-15 days for processing of returns. We will do our best to expedite the process. We will credit refund to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
- WARRANTY FROM MANUFACTURER: When you purchase an Individual Product or an LED Grow Tent Kit and or Vertical Grow Kit from Hydroponyk.Com, the products are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy. It is important to understand that this warranty is an agreement between the buyer and the manufacturer, Not Hydroponyk.Com. We do not accept responsibility, either expressed or otherwise for any manufacturer’s warranty. Therefore, if there is a warranty related issue, you will deal directly with the manufacturer and follow their policies and timelines since we are bound by the same manufacturer’s policy as you are. The Manufacturer Warranty Policies may be found on the individual original supplier's/manufacturer's website or by contacting them. We are not responsible for replacing or repairing your product while under warranty. We will, however, try our best to assist you in getting your product replaced or repaired by coordinating with the original supplier/manufacturer. It is important to know that some manufacturers have requirements that are different from others where Warranty is concerned. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to double-check the warranty being offered before purchasing a given product.
